Those lyrics come to mind when I think of the impact training camp had on me this past week.
First off let me start by bragging on my squad. Their souls are on fire for the Lord and it is so evident. To be in a community of like minded believers is incredible to experience. Vulnerability comes to mind when I think of our group, they were all willing to share their past and what Christ has done through them. Each member of our squad has been placed purposely on this team.
This past week was physically, emotionally and mentally draining to be real honest with you. I was really soaking in all the things that were preached and talked about by our leaders. Some things were hard to understand because of my unwillingness to allow God into certain areas of my life. However the Lord really worked on my heart, to be open minded about what he can do through me and through others.
My biggest take away from this week is to say “yes” to the Holy Spirit. Allow him to work through me, to listen to what he says about me rather than what the enemy says, and allow him to finish the good work he has started. God is good all the time and I’m beyond grateful for his Grace.

I think one of my favorite things about God is how he shows himself so evidently through other people. I got the pleasure of seeing him shine through you and the rest of H last week. I know TC can be exhausting but I am so proud of you for continuing to bring your yes to God despite the discomfort. He is going to do some big things in and through you this year and I am so excited to be a part of it. Praying for you Cayce Bell!!

Wow! Great stuff! I think my one of favorite things about the Lord right now is that he is “slow to anger”! What a good example for how to relate to new people we come in contact with, and with people we already know. There will be times on the race where you’ll not want to be “slow to anger” but it is such a good lesson to learn. Can’t wait to see what you experience and learn this year! Praying for you!
Hmmm…what do I love most about the Lord?? I love the fact that I get to witness the restoration that has taken place within you, my sister! (Like legit my sister!) God amazes me how He has taken brokenness and literally mended it back together for His glory! It brings me great joy to watch you hunger for our King and allowing Him to truly work in and through you. Your light is ever so bright and I pray that it continues so that you may see many that you know that are broken come to the light! He is such a good God and I am humbled, honored, and excited to watch your journey! I love you sissy, praying the Lord continues to reveal Himself to you!
